He's got No chance at the HOF, like slightly above Zero. Unless your talking about the University of Maryland?

He won't even make the Ravens' Ring of Honor, so any suggestion of him to the Hall is lunacy. One of the league's top deep threats for a season or two, and one of the Ravens' few worthwhile receivers during the Flacco era(Not saying much)- that's about it though. Overrated specialist whose memorable highlights, while praise worthy, ultimately prop up an otherwise supremely meh career.

Yeah.  One of those guys that's just crystal clear locked in as belonging to a particular team in my mind, despite actually bouncing around quite a bit.

He's a former Raven as far as i'm concerned.  Period.
