It's the most complicated language in the world.
NateDawg
For what it’s worth, I just went on a Buckeyes related site, and three different people used the word “should,” thinking it should be 21-0 or 28-0. I can only guess that their intent was if we had not been so sloppy.
D82
This thread became weird, by the way. Football and the nuances of the English language don't normally coincide.

You can't say it should be something just because someone messed up. That is part of the game. It shouldn't be 21-0 because he fumbled. It’s kind of like you should be getting it. Oh yeah, now I see.
NateDawg
For being a senior, Austin Mack sure hasn’t gotten a grasp on catching the ball consistently yet. Get Chris Olave back out there.

I am asking which conversation made you think, that I think, I am god's gift to baseball. And I am aware that I have a combative arguing style, I've actually been trying to correct it. I get that people don't agree with me on the merits of this argument. I am asking if my general reputation, at least for you, is based on the merits or content of my positions or if it is based on my style of presenting it. As I said I am trying to fix my style (here and in life) but I know I still slip up. That was a previous instance on this forum where I acknowledge it. So again if it is my style that is the problem, I 1) acknowledge it and 2) apologize about it.
