It's one thing to trade up but to completely mortgage the future is another. Atlanta is certainly hoping that Trey Lance is going 3 and then several desperate teams will nuke it our for the 4th pick to get Fields. The 2 trades that were mentioned in the discussion was the Chiefs who went 27-10 for 1st, 3rd, future 1. The Steelers who went from 20-10 for 1, 2, future 3rd.
