I have been using a composite big board from 14 media analysts, but we are getting to the part of the draft where the talent levels out a lot - so I'll do my best to put options on the board that fit your teams needs as well as value picks that are slipping. Apologies if this does not include a player you like.

Feel free to drop a note in the comments if you feel a poll option needs to be added to an upcoming poll.

1) Jaylon Johnson

2) Ross Blacklock

3) Jordan Love

Please do not vote Fulton for us. He’s not a scheme fit and he’s been overrated the entire media process. Many of us Raider fans prefer Jaylon Johnson, who should go in the 1st Round. He’s #28 on DJs board and #26 on PFF. He’s also been going in the 1st in many mocks lately to the Vikings at 25 and 49ers at 31.

Johnson is a tough, physical corner who is brilliant at Press and also is a great fit for a team that plays a mix of Cover 3/Cover 1 Press. He’s exactly what we are looking for.

My second option is Blacklock, we have a need at DT and I really like Blacklock’s game.

Agree with Johnson, perfect fit. Baun was my second choice as he can man the SLB position and become a valuable part of the pass rush rotation on 3rd down. Went with Delpit as third choice but I'm really torn on him, love his skills but the tackling is a huge red flag for me, at least he can sit a little behind Randle if he needs to polish up his technique.

They'll go Murray here even after signing two LBs in FA.  He fits the kind of leader they crave.

I could definitely see that if we pick up a vet capable of starting at CB, or if more than the top 2 corners were off the board so there wasn't any corners worthy of the 19th pick (I think Fulton certainly is). As it stands were looking at starting corners of Mullen (who played really well, especially down the stretch as a second round pick last season) and probably Isiah Johnson who was a 4th round pick that barely played due to injury last season.

In a perfect world we trade down some if the board falls this way. Since there aren't any trades if we look at LB someone like Baun makes sense because he could play SLB and rush off the edge.

Investing a pick in Murray (who I really like btw) isn't going to add as much to the team since were in 2 LB sets the majority of the time. Corner or edge makes much more sense since we're in need of a starter and depth at corner, and edge rushers can be rotated enough that a guy not necessarily being a starter there isn't a huge deal.

I completely get the argument for a CB here and could see them going in that direction.

But Mayock and Gruden have shown a pattern of drafting leaders in the first round and no player has been more hyped as a leader than Murray.

If we draft a LB on a team that plays 75+% in nickel, I'll lose it. The only LB I'd tolerate is simmons and no way he makes it to 12...

I understand the leader thing, but Johnson is a huge character guy so you could make arguments for a ton of guys here.

For those arguing that Murray is an A+ character, so is Jaylon Johnson. They are probably the top two guys left with A+ character and not far behind Derrick Brown in that regard.

Anyways, looks like we may finally have a pick where the 2nd place votes decide a winner... AJ Terrell. Very popular second choice.
