Expectations vs what actually happened, etc. (Not necessarily specifics like I thought x would go before y) One of mine is I'm surprised how many people didn't prioritize coaching staff for so long. I guess after the top 3-5 guys, its a bit of a muddle that wont matter too much in the end, but those top guys are obvious difference makers imo. Especially on teams as stacked as they all will be.
