He posted double digit wins just once in five years. He won 4 games this year in a historically terrible division. I don't think Doug Pederson is a bad coach. Like Tom Coughlin, he might find the right situation the second time around and have a career renaissance (I compared him to TC in the past), but it's hard to argue he's a better coach than McVay.
