Firing Assistants is also half assing the coaching problem. I don't have the numbers, but I can't imagine there have been too many coaches to turn around and survive after replacing their assistants. We have some of the best PP players in the league and Therrien continually found ways to run it into the ground. Giroux on the wrong side, Provorov on the top unit over Ghost, Voracek off the top unit, a completely static PP, etc. On top of that he's an ******* haha.
