College Football and Covid19 (Cancellations, Postponements etc)

Nebraska Football is essentially the football equivalent to UCLA Basketball. Their fan base still believes they should measure their current program to one of the GOAT coaches (Osbourne/Wooden), when in reality they haven’t been close to nationally relevant since 2001.

The Big 10 is Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, and Wisconsin.

Yes, there are other solid schools. However, those 4 dictate what will happen to other schools in that conference.

Nebraska can go pound sand. I’ve always wanted Notre Dame Over them anyways.

The first 3 minutes is exactly why college football won’t happen.

1. College football players have a stronger argument to get paid.

2. Good luck in court explaining why you thought it was safe if something happens.

The  B1G athletic programs have had ugly raps in the past 3 years (Ohio State's Zach Smith saga, Maryland's avoidable practice death, Iowa's rasicm allegations, Michigan State's  allegations... and throwback to Penn State's Sandusky saga). But Nebraska wanting to play football is the straw that breaks the camel's back. Kick 'em out.

I mean, they choose during a pandemic to play football for the first time in ten years.

If people have seasons at different times, there's no way it can that I'm aware of.

Which is why I'm hoping that all of FBS postpones the season. I'm sure the CFP people will push the ACC, Big 12 and SEC to delay too.
