- play calling was trash. We ran very effectively and just didnt commit to it.
- Carr the quick throws short of the distance to go on 3rd down are so frustrating. What is the point of throwing it on the side line 4 yards short jeez.
- abram, maybe cause hes hurt but god he took terrible angles and looked brutal tackling.
- oline seemed to struggle
- refs were brutal, the jacobs fumble sucked, then while the correct call on the RPO that is one that is missed a lot, and after sewering us the previous drive they shouldve let it slide IMO.
- injuries starting to pile up

The Okay

• I thought our young CB's played pretty well today.

• Carr was okay today as well all things considered.

• Crosby finally showed up for the first time this season.

• Renfrow is a legit slot guy.

Ugly

• Jon Gruden's conservative play calling down the stretch.

• Our red zone offense.

• Losing Edwards and Gafford to injuries today.

• Jonathan Abram's tackling form.

• Our OL play without Richie and Trent.

• Failing to get Darren Waller involved.

Uglier

• We paid Littleton, Collins, and Nassib a combined $25M this offseason and they've all been terrible this year.

• Our run D is atrocious after being respectable last season.

• Paul Gunther's defensive game plans.

- Horrible Offense

   - Grudens playcalling was awful

   - Horrible dumb turnovers from Carr/RT and Jacobs. Killed the momentum of the team.

   - Carr had some beautiful passes but was throwing well short of the 3rd down marker, something he’s been doing most of the past four years. I’d say overall he had an ok game, but it’s extremely frustrating.

  - Horrible RT situation. Can we cut our losses with Trent Brown? Seriously, unless he plays 13 Full Games to end the season, I’m done!

- Horrible Defense

   - Started out well but the Defense completely crumbled in the Final 2 1/2 Quarters.

   - Our LBs are terrible! We may once again have the worst LB corps in the league. They can’t do anything right. Their Run Defense was garbage all game and they kept giving up screens all game.

   - DL is way too hot and cold, and mostly cold. They played better than the LBs, but they had a terrible 2nd Half. Bottom 10 DL, and that may be generous.

   - Erik Harris is trash, why is he out there?

   - Abram is a great tone setter, terrible tackler.

- Horrible Special Teams

   - Carlson was awful. Everything about Special Teams was awful. Including that horrible Crosby penalty.

- Horrible Coaching

   - Jon Gruden was awful. Awful. Which is such a shame considering he had a brilliant first two weeks!

   - PG was awful, even worse than Gruden. At least Gruden was looking great before turnovers. PG called a horrible basic defense.

One Bright Spot:

Mullen had a really, really good game.

Thought the defense played pretty well until the offense hung them out to dry

I said this too before Oak and Frankie jumped on me. Before the two turnovers completely changed the momentum of the game, the defense was lights out the first 25 minutes. The Offense is the LVP of this game. Although all three of our units were horrible.

Defense played well at but got exhausted especially on a short week and long travel. This was the game where the offense needed sustained drives

Yes they got exhausted because our Offense kept putting them on the field. Even everyone in the Patriot Subforum were basically all collectively saying our defense looked completely exhausted from the Late 2nd QTR and onwards.

Once again, the Offense is the LVP, not even sure how that’s disputable unless you are box score scouting. Offense kept the Defense on the Field, and kept ruining the momentum of the game.

McDaniels shifted to outside runs which we couldn’t deal with which resulted in the Patriots sustaining drives. Patriots started to move ball using the run and screens.

Jacobs fumble, penalties and Good getting beat by Winovich which caused the 2nd fumble stalled our drives offensively in the 1st half.

Lack of adjustments were evident, maybe through a lack of personnel but truth is we were out coached offensively and defensively.
