beekay414
So according to Windhorst, Bogie wants to play for the Bucks and has been in contact with Giannis. It's the outcry from NBA execs that's caused the revert for now. The deal will likely happen.

My guess is another team(s) got in his ear and said they'd pay him much more. My guess is the Kings and Bucks came to an agreement on a deal, and knowing that the Kings had the right to match any offer on him would threaten to either match any offer on him or agree to a S&T with the Bucks. Windy had the contract details FFS lol. I'll trust Windy here over anyone else.

beekay414
Quote mach·i·na·tion /ˌmakəˈnāSHən,ˌmaSHəˈnāSHən/ Learn to pronounce noun plural noun: machinations a plot or scheme. From Windy's mouth. Then he says "Bodgan wants to play with Giannis. This is what Bogdan wants." I'm trying to see where he contradicted himself. He covers the Bogdan representation by claiming the machination and then states that Bogdan wants to play with Giannis. The only way he "contradicted" himself would be by saying "I don't know what'll happen," which he never claimed to know what'll happen. Packerraymond
This has nothing to do with Bogdan. This is whiny owners trying to block a move that Giannis wants to happen so he might leave. Because in the NBA it's OK to tamper to take a superstar away from a team, but tampering to keep one on your team? Nah that's no good. No, I think its owners rightfully calling out blatant tampering tbh. As a small market team, you should be all over that. Tampering literally only effects small market teams...How many times has a team like LA, Boston or Dallas had a big time guy tampered with before he hit the market? Far less than teams like Milwaukee, Minnesota or New Orleans...

Far less than teams like Milwaukee, Minnesota or New Orleans... Yeah it's blatant tampering, this happens everywhere in the NBA. My point is that the big market teams are of course being hypocritical this time (as they're the biggest offenders) to try and stop a deal that may or may not be the tipping point in Giannis re-signing. The Nets are clearly tampering with Harden as we speak, would anything ever happen there to put a stop to them becoming a super team? No. Hopefully this deal goes through, but the fact that we have to play like it's dead in order to appease the same owners that have been tampering with Giannis for years is so just NBA.
