McCoy first half of the season. Vaughn some times but not even 30 snaps there, and then really was split between fournette RoJo the rest of the time and in the playoffs manly fournette

mccoy had 15 reception in 10 games.

the bucs didnt have a reliable pass catching back getting significant snaps at any point in the season and they won the SB.

Maybe more talented than White, but unlikely to share the same rapport that made them so lethal together. Kevin Faulk was a man out of his time really, if he’d been drafted 7-8 years later he’d have put up huge numbers in the passing game.

Dion Lewis is probably the most physically talented of all of them - including Bernard - but was never able to stay healthy.

Dion Lewis was a treasure at Pitt. I'm glad he had some success in the NFL and managed to play for as long as he did.

Bernard going to TB was a perfect move.

Do they let Fournette, Jones or Vaughn go now?

What does this mean for Fournette? He was already salty about his lack of snaps last year, and now it looks like he’s going to lose some passing game reps to Bernard. It was a strange decision to re-sign him in the first place, but looking like a luxury and possible waste of cap right now.

With the amount of injuries suffered by RB in this league, it’s possible Jones or Fournette get injured early in the season. Then you have to start Vaughn or Gio as your 1st down back. That’s why TB brought him back.

As to why Fournette resigned, I guess other teams were not ready to play him as a lone lead back either.

RoJo and Lenny will split time as the 2 down pounder. One of them will enviably get hurt at some point, so nice to have both.

Gio will be the 3rd down back.

Vaughn will be inactive most likely. They're not going to move on from him though as 1 2020 3rd round pick. They like him and with all three of RoJo, Lenny and Gio on 1 year deals, he plays into the future at the position.

Yeah, with Suh, David and JPP all 32+, you have to think the Bucs go best available front7 player with their first, and most likely have a defense-heavy draft in general

Definitely think our focus will be the 3-4 DE and OLB spots. We also have guys like Cappa and Jensen who are FA or have climbing salary in 2022, so could see us focus on some OL depth to groom as well. Same with CB being an area where we need to develop more depth.
