pf9
Just as the title says. What records do you want broken in the coming years? Any records last set before your were born? Maybe those could be records you want to see broken. I want the record for most combined points in an NFL game to be broken in my lifetime. It could be made easier with the adoption of college OT rules, which have the potential to substantially rewrite record books, which is something we should be rooting for. DontTazeMeBro
Manning’s 55 TDs. Complete product of those pick plays that should’ve been OPIs. Fraudulent record.
August4th
single game passing yard record. Crazy that its not been broken in this passing era yet.

RamblinMan99
Michael Strahan’s single season sack record. Brett Favre fell down so he could beat the sack total Mark Gastineau held for almost 20 years. Also Bruce Smith’s all time sack record, because he’s overrated. Played in the league for 20 years and didn’t put up near the numbers in the second half of his career. He’s very much the Emmitt Smith on the opposite side of the football.
NJerseypaint
Most receptions in a game. 22 catches in a game just seems unfathomable and it was fun to watch the last time it was broken.

Wes Welker and Matthew Slater are the reason this wasn't broken Week 1 of 2011. Brady had 517 yards that game and those two dropped a deep throw each. IheartMyV8
With the expansion of the reg season, I imagine all the regular season bulk stat records will start falling.
Blackstar12
8 passing TDs in a game. I’m sure if the right conditions are met someone will eventually break the record.

Between 30-37, he recorded a 10+ sack season in all but one season, voted All-Pro 5 times, and voted to the Pro Bowl 6 times. And he had a 9 sack season at 39 years old.
