Yeah we'll see what happens tonight. Need Don to have a big game, Rudy to dominate inside, and Clarkson/Ingles to start making shots. I also just lul at everyone on here thinking Dallas is better than us for some odd reason.

Definitely agree about Ingles and Clarkson.  Ingles has been MIA and Clarkson didn't show up until that last game against the Grizzlies.  With Conley out, someone's gotta step up.  Hope to see Royce and Niang have some contribution as well.  Royce is great on defense, but when those two are hitting their shots on top of it, the Jazz are really tough to beat.

Surprisingly we were 23-7 in games Ingles started this year.

FD Sportsbook has the series bet at LAC +108 and UTA -126. That's essentially a coin flip. Clearly you're a Jazz fan so I get the homerism, but objectively the Jazz are a team that has not gotten there yet. They have no players on the roster that have and they're playing arguably the best tandem left in the playoffs outside of KD/Kyrie. Your regular season stats are all spot on, but that's just what they are....regular season accomplishments.

Can this be the first year of the Jazz's dominance similar to the GSW in 2016? Ofcourse. But until we see them do it, it will be met with skepticism. Not sure why that part is hard to grasp.

When have the Clippers shown shown dominance in the post season? Kawhi has made one deep run in the post-season as a teams best player in his entire career. They gassed out and choked in the bubble last season against the Nuggets in the second round. Mitchell/Gobert have gone as far in the playoffs as George/Kawhi have together.

One more than anyone the Jazz.

No Conley tonight doesn't help either. If Utah dropps Game 1, the series odds will swing in favor of the Clippers. When it comes to the playoffs and meaningful games, give me the team with the superstar over a cast of very good role players. One player can take over a series vs asking multiple people to step up every single night.

Also, if Conley isn't there to check Mitchell from going 1 on 5 in order to make a name for himself, this game can get ugly.

You forgot that we have Rudy Gobert, Jordan Clarkson, Joe Ingles, and Bojan Bogdanovic?

You also realize that Mitchell over his last 11 playoff games he's averaging 33 ppg on 50% FG as well right? I know you don't watch the games but at least check the box scores.

I didn't. You want might want to remind Donovan Mitchell when he gets tunnel vision and tries to outduel Kawhi. It's cool when Luka does it, it won't have the same effect when he goes 11-35 from the field.

Donovan Mitchell's last 11 playoff games he's averaging 33 ppg on 50% FG. Bogdanovic is averaging 18 ppg on 50% FG. Rudy Gobert is averaging 17 ppg on 80% FG.

I like Conley but how much does he really move the needle?

A fair amount in this matchup. Clippers have elite defense. Have Paul George lockup Mitchell then you saw above their 2nd leading scorer gets like 17ppg. No Conley and it's goodnight.

PG locked up Luka Doncic last round.
