He looked fine this year when he played, but Jordan Mailata beat him out for the job and is now looking like one of the better LT's in the league. I would say he hasn't worked out tho. Didn't look good until this season, but at least he's trending up. It was a small sample size however. That's a nice position to be in. Dillard is pretty much limited to LT, so it's nice to have a backup LT, but he was not worth the 1st rounder we spent on him. We should have at least been able to turn him into a good RG or something, instead we just got a decent backup LT that we can hopefully trade for a early 3rd in the offseason.
