Howie invested a high-ish pick on Hurts and you know he wants to look smart. He doesn't cut or trade draft busts till he absolutely has to. Cousins also has a 45 million cap hit next year and its fully guaranteed, so the Vikings would have to take on the biggest dead cap hit of all time passing Carson Wentz last year.
