Yeah those are two really damned good WR’s and a solid, vet QB who had been playing lights out and they stood tall.

These next two games will tell us a lot as to how good our defense really is.

Also not sure how great Buffalo's defense is. Two shutouts in four weeks is incredibly impressive no matter what, but the best offense they've faced is Washington. Pittsburgh, Miami and Houston are pretty awful offensive teams.

I think baker laying a stinker would have been the big story but the defense trunks that. Defense played out of their mind and Woods called one hell of a game. He called some pretty well timed blitz plays. Thought Cousins was going to carve us up after that first drive but after that, he looked as bad as baker. Both QBs looked like poop after their first drives today

The front 7 for each team we're dominant. I also do t think a big enough story is getting made out of how bad the Browns OL have looked--especially in pass pro. Conklin/Wills have been getting abused through 4 games on the edges.

The offensive line play has been inconsistent and extremely frustrating this year. Unfortunately, it is clearly impacting Baker's play IMO. The line needs to be better, but Baker needs to be able to handle the inconsistencies of the line better. I don't even take much issue with how he handles actual pressure when it occurs, it's the happy feet and feeling pressure that isn't even there that appears to be his biggest issue to me. It's messing with his eyes and his accuracy.

Maybe Stefanski needs to look for a couple more max protect plays and help protect the tackles a bit.

I still think we need to take a few more shots vertically.

I saw him run about 8-10 3 person routes with max protect concepts. One of the issues, IMO, is that 2 of those 3 routes were DEEP. I think more max protect with some leveling flood concepts may help. Get him in a clean pocket, both booting out and setting up on his throwing side (fake boot look if you will) will be helpful.
