sammymvpknight
I can’t wait until Thomas is gone. I’ve been over this for about a year now. He screwed himself because of his stupid pity party.

He was the glue holding it together. Not loomis. Not Payton. Now I'll sit back and watch you burn. The Drew Brees we’ve gone 12-3 without, with like 4 different QBs taking snaps? Noodle arm, captain check down drew brees (or so we were told for years) can’t win paying him that much and no defense drew Brees? That Drew Brees? Time will tell, but it seems like you are incredibly salty and just grasping. The Saints will remain competitive. The Saints aren’t falling apart as quickly as your team has (a few times) in the past, even with high volume Mohamed Sanu hogging up their cap and not playing… I’m assuming that’s where the salt is coming from, but you should get better. And with that I’ll put you on time-out for 7 days. Edited November 3, 2021 by Dome

I don't think Sean will have any qualms (or issues) revamping the position. It's an absolute must for next season. We've got one solid WR in Harris, but he's mostly a deep threat and a gadget guy. Everyone else probably wouldn't be playing on most teams.

TecmoSuperJoe
Whether he comes back or not Saints desperately need to improve their receiving unit in the offseason. Been a minute since they had a squad of pass catchers that could just square up against anybody. Guys with lesser physical talents and potential have made starting careers in that spot. Trequan: “Nah.” total bust IMO surprised we didn’t trade him for like a 7th and just bring someone up from the PS or street.

In 2020 the Saints went 3-1 without Brees (Hill). So far this season they have gone 5-2 without Brees (Winston/Siemian). That’s 12-3 without Brees the past three seasons (0.800 win percentage). Meanwhile, misinformed Falcons comes in here to provide laughs with his franchise QB having a 0.359 win percentage the past three years. Falcons fans saying anything remotely critical about another franchise is a joke.
