We'd be competitive with Mason. I don't see how we'd be any worse with Mason than we were with Ben last year.

Ben had like 6 last possession comeback drives last season...it can get worse.

The Steelers could be competitive with Rudolph, sure. They need better O line play and better decisions and executions by the QB. Aside from Ben's late game heroics, I'm a little optimistic that we'll see overall improved play.

Bens horrid play was the reason we were losing most of those games to begin with.

But I agree....it can get worse.

What makes you say he’s not going to the Browns?

Houston will likely be leaning to trade him to the NFC.   I get he has some control over where he goes....but why the Browns?   I think a team like Carlona or even Seattle is much more likely.    Philly is possible, but there is rumor he wouldn't waive his no trade clause for them.

If he goes AFC, I think Miami is the most likely.

🤷🏼

No idea if this guy has any credibility or not just sharing.

Strong roster?

Bottom 5 OL.

Bottom 5 to 10 secondary.

Weak ILBs and aging DLine.

Likely have to trade someone like Minkah and/or Claypool.

Add $40m per year and take away 5 or 6 premium picks over the next 3 or 4 drafts that will make it almost impossible to adequately address those holes.

Not worth it.
