Week 17 SNF Vikings @ Packers: Postgame - Packers WIN 37-10, CLINCH #1 seed!

We have an extra day of rest before the Vikings game.  This should be the week we really see where Jaire is....I think they have to make the decision to activate him by the end of this week.  Maybe he plays a few plays this week.  If not definitely next week against the Lions to knock some rust off...especially if we can get the bye.

If they are ever going to start up "Z", for this year, he has to start practicing again...at least see how he is doing.  If not, he might never see the field for the Packers.  We could use an extra pass rusher with his skill set for the playoffs.

As for David...based on his start up and then stopped practices in the past couple of weeks, I'm starting to lose hope we get him back this year...but I think we will see him practice this week and we'll have a better idea if he is going to make it back this year.  Its kind of scary having Ben Braden out there at left tackle.

Also worth noting is whether we see Josh Myers or Billy Turner begin to practice this week....even in a limited way.

What about Turner and Meyers? We really need more depth in the O-line.

Forgot about Turner. You'd think he will practice this week as well because if not, it was dumb not to put him on IR. This is week 3 for him.

First and foremost,  Better find an answer for our run D.   Heard we are #31 in yards given up per running play, that wont hold up going forward. 4 picks from Mayfield wont happen every week.   Better find it quick.

Agree entirely. The defense needs to get it's act together - fast. Outside the turnovers - which are great - its feels like it's been on a downward slide for a few weeks now.

Shoulders aren't Covid.

I haven't seen a player miss the 10 days and not have a couple quarters of rust, even Rodgers, he played his worst game of the year not counting week 1.

That's fair, but rust for a QB is a far different issue than rust for a RB.  If Cook is asymptomatic for his 10 days of isolation, then I would not expect him to be on any kind of snap count vs GB. If he is feeling the effects, then I'd agree that he'll have a tough time coming back and being immediately effective.

My seeding

Packers, Boys, Rams, Bucs, Cards, 49ers and Eagles

Boys vs Eagles

Rams vs 49ers

Cards vs Bucs

Boys, Rams and Bucs will win.

And we will play Bucs in 1st round.

I just hope 49ers upset Rams.. I dont see an upset in Boys vs Eagles and Cards vs Bucs

The 49ers have handled the Rams pretty easily as of late. They play physical football and the Rams do not like that type of play.

Yes.....but its not happening. Those two teams are playing exactly opposite right now.

The NFL is a week to week league, as you know.  Also, as impressive as Dallas was last night, they were playing a team that is an absolute mess right now.  In fact, in the last three weeks Dallas has beaten up on the dregs of the NFC East, and their other win was a close game against a team with no QB (New Orleans).

I wouldn’t completely discount a desperate Arizona team giving them a game.
