Uncle Buck
It's hard to believe this is it for Big Ben. It seems like it has only been about 4-5 years since the Steelers were going on a surprising playoff run with their rookie QB - and then they ended up winning the Super Bowl! Congratulations to the big guy on an amazing career!
VigilantZombie
At this point, knowing what we know, the mistakes, the rough patches, the criticism all disappear and all that remains is the memories of the good times. No matter what happens next week, Big Ben was our QB, he was the best QB this organization has ever had.
August4th
that new punter, Adams and witherspoon playing solid have been a plus. might of found our starting punter, some much needed DL depth and Haden's replacement for the 2022 team
CKSteeler
Highlight of the week - watching that scumbag Brown and that moron Leveon Bell send well wishes to Roethlisberger. Bell - the guy who tried to insinuate that Ben somehow had something to do with him leaving Pittsburgh when he signed in NY. Yea, **** that guy. MOSteelers56
With the 9 sacks against the Brownies we've clinched our 5th in a row with 50+. Crazy levels of production. Also, I wouldn't check out the defensive team stats for 2016. Artie Burns led the team in picks and our highest sack guy was Deebo, with 5! It's interesting how much we changed our Blitz rate and still ended up at the 50 sack mark. The front 4 of TJ, Heyward, Highsmith, and Tuitt, Alualu, Wormley was still able to attack. Next year will be interesting with TJ still being TJ, Heyward playing at an incredibly high level still, Highsmith taking another step forward, and getting back Tuitt or knowing you need to replace him. I am terrified to know what TJ's numbers could have looked like if he was 1) healthy and 2) we could actually have stopped the run.
August4th
where does watt's 2021 season rank among other great steeler seasons? Harrison 08, Troy 08 and 2010, AB 14,15 and 17...

Some of those years with those guys listed, we still would have been good/successful. Without TJ this might have been a 2 win team. Dude changed entire games. jebrick
I love Pittsburgh Dad. "Roethlisberger will forever have a bust in Canton and Mayfield will forever be a bust in Cleveland." Edited January 7, 2022 by jebrick
