That's not how it works, you have to have the ball to the ref. I get you're feeling this loss, but c'mon man. Dallas didn't follow the rules and it burned them, period. 5 minutes ago, NoFlyZone said: Even then the ref had the ball with 3 seconds even after he knocked it around. Should have been enough time. The ref would have had 8-10 seconds had Dallas followed the rules on setting the ball. 6 minutes ago, NoFlyZone said: It was handled poorly By Dallas. Nobody else, regardless of what you feel.

I mean alot of us 49er fans called that bonehead pick before the game even started. Jimmy can get as risky as he wants with all these porn stars, but not on the football field, please

As soon as the ball is snapped and in Dak's hands he takes off. A few questions: Had he already made up his mind that he is going to run? Was it called that way? Or was it called to just scramble to the first down and than go down.... If he would have gotten down right after getting past the first down marker they might have had two shots... Dak executed the play terribly. The call was very dangerous but if done properly they at least get one more play. Dak ran for extra yards for no reason and ran the entire clock out.

Highly unlikely that you get that mistake back from Rodgers line the niners did with Dak
EvilenFroggen
We're looking at this all wrong, lads. We need to be grateful for that ending. Coach McCarthy, Coach Moore, Mr. Prescott, we're going to be laughing about this for a decade at least. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If Bosa / Warner can play and JimmyG can avoid the TO and mistakes…yes. They won’t face a team who will beat themselves with penalties and poor fundamentals though. Shanny will need to be more aggressive when called upon game management wise. But it’s certainly possible. I’m going to guess that GB will be a 6 pt favorite.

I think his finger is bothering him more than they're admitting too.
ET80
At this point, San Francisco is playing with house money. Does Trey Lance get some playing time next week?

Think he should. Shanny has to draw up some packages with Trey and Deebo in the backfield together.

Do you always form all your opinions based on what the announcers say? Just my opinion, but I would advise against that as a rule of thumb. They are speaking to the lowest common denominator 99% of the time. Not saying Romo was inaccurate this time, as if he slides a couple yards earlier, we might have a second or two. But I doubt it, because by the time Dak spiked it, another ~3ish seconds had run down. It was just an epic failure on our part. Should have thrown to the endzone 4 times, imo.
