DontTazeMeBro
A few weeks ago I said we’ve become the eccentric team. The way we go run heavier than any team in decades when the league is going the other way. The 4th down and 2 point conversion attempts. Getting excited about **** like compensatory picks and preseason win streaks. Way to prove me wrong.

Nick Chubb and Greedy Williams getting hurt are the only picks where it doesn’t seem like a massive miss. And let’s not forget that Sashi blocked the AJ Mccarron deadline deal that could very well have been Dorsey’s selection of Chubb. One of Sashi’s biggest missed opps would have been to publish his 2018 draft. Now we’ll never know. Dorsey had the most draft capital and freedom to use the highest cap space. Hard to believe Sashi would have been as bad as Dorsey. Edited February 5, 2022 by Broncofan

They were the most "run heavy" team in the NFL when they led the NFL in point differential in 2019 and 2020. They weren't in the top 10 most "run heavy" by percentage this year.

He's not really coming in to make personnel moves the way he was with the Browns, it's still EDC's show when it comes to scouting/talent evaluation, though we've got a very analytics-friendly FO/coaching staff to begin with so I'm sure Sashi will have some perspective to add in our general process. Our cap management has not really been great for several years though and especially with a Lamar extension coming in the future the margin for error in terms of navigating the cap is only going to get harder so his skillset on that front will definitely be welcome and useful.
