Like picking for a player who hasn't made a pick for 3 consecutive rounds 4 minutes before their time slot was up. Definitely something we should consider for future CMD drafts. The time commitment for this is far more involved when it stretches weeks rather than days. If the time slot is 1 hour per pick, it should start as soon as the previous player picks IMO. You can have a stop point at the end of the night (say 10pm EST), meaning the last time slot will start no later than 9:01pm EST. Just my opinion though.
