This is part of the issue I have... no time clock right now. All the designated picks have been made and we are waiting on someone who has been on multiple times without making his selection. @LinderFournette still on the clock until time slots established again tomorrow or until he picks.

It's a catch 22.  No time slots means people have to glue themselves once an hour for two weeks or possibly get skipped.  With slots we end up where we are in a slowerlaid back setting

It would also be pretty unfair to change a rule mid round.

Like picking for a player who hasn't made a pick for 3 consecutive rounds 4 minutes before their time slot was up.

Definitely something we should consider for future CMD drafts. The time commitment for this is far more involved when it stretches weeks rather than days. If the time slot is 1 hour per pick, it should start as soon as the previous player picks IMO. You can have a stop point at the end of the night (say 10pm EST), meaning the last time slot will start no later than 9:01pm EST. Just my opinion though.

I don’t normally miss time slots but unless it’s a live draft where everyone commits to being on at a set time the clock starting straight after previous pick would be difficult for me because of time zone variance.

I'm sorry you are upset about picking for Malf but I wanted to do it while he was actually up instead of randomly jumping in at a spot in the draft

What prompted you to believe a 33-round draft spanning 700+ picks to be completed in days?
