Either way, Russell Wilson needs to get suspended and the Seahawks need to be punished. The Seahawks have been cheating considerably more than the Patriots ever since Carroll took over. They've been cheating more than any other team in the league for the past few years. More if you consider what that ref did for them in the Fail Mary game. AFAIK, the players don’t have a legal (within NFL rules) responsibility to look for this, it’s pretty much explicitly on the coaching staff/medical team.
