Truthfully it was a terrible start from everyone on offence but they adjusted and figured it out and in conditions like that it is all you can really ask for...next week if the weather is better it will be a fairer assessment of the offence as a whole... Defence you can see is going to be rock solid especially the more game time they get and the better the tackling gets...first few weeks of any season there is also poor tackling but we were getting people to the ball and creating enough pressure to at least affect the play. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Madmike90 Posted September 11, 2022 Share Posted September 11, 2022 I will do a full rewatch of the game later in the week and look at some individuals but I think possibly the most important thing about this game was that team slide at the end of the game...it shows there is a togetherness and a belief in that locker room that it is them against the world...they will have heard all the national media talking about how bad they are and this was without a doubt a answer for that. Jenkins was playing later in the game after going out early.
