Notable Stats

Just about any stat involving Tom Brady is notable.

As such, the NFL needs to retire his #12 league-wide, with current users of it grandfathered until they themselves are done playing.

As the Raiders don't normally take numbers out of circulation officially or unofficially, they can additionally honor Ken Stabler.

Nah. I would be mad if the Rams retired 12 because of Brady. NBA didn’t ban 23. Let the teams do that.

I want the NBA to retire 23 as well. No other NBA player who could possibly wear 23 could live up to the standard Jordan set.

Mahomes Post-Season stats in 16 Games:

4561 passing yards 38 TDs, 7 ints, 496 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns.

and 9 fumbles - so a 43:16 TD:TO ratio or a 2.69 TD to 1 TO / game rate

Also posting 7.77y/a and 8.53ay/a with a 66.8% completion rate on just under 600 attempts

Except for the other guy mostly known for wearing #23.

Just because you're great doesn't mean you get to own the number. That's ridiculous. Retiring a number around the league should be for something far more extraordinary than just being really great at that sport.

Notable, he hasn’t turned the ball over in his last 5 post season games.

Wayne Gretzky says hi.

There will never be another #12 like Brady. He's earned having his number retired by the whole league.
