Old Guy Posted October 2, 2022 Share Posted October 2, 2022 (edited) If the NFL is going to allow replay, they ought to allow teams to challenge possession changing penalties like the hands to the face on 3rd and 10 on the Saints. You could eliminate some penalties, like holding which one could make a case happens every play. College reviews targeting and it seems to work OK. One could say that penalty changed who won that game and if the NFL wants to get it right, they should allow challenges.
