  1. 1. What should the Packers do about their defensive coordinator?

    • Fire MLF, he hired him
    • Fire Joe Barry immediately and get somebody who will play aggressive defense
    • MLF should lay down the law with Barry to stop playing not to lose, get aggressive
    • Ride it out and see what happens this season then make a decision
    • Joe Barry is great

Look who started the thread before you call me an apologist. When he had a few good games in a row, I gave him credit.

He let Tommy DeGuido run the ball for 71 yards. The kid was struggling to complete a pass and he'd break contain and run the ball. That kid should have been on his ***.

These are the games that piss me off the most because he plays down to his competition.

Worst part of the whole weekend, Jets won, and Saleh may stay employed.

I don’t think Saleh was ever going to leave without Rodgers approval.

As much as we joke about that, I'm not convinced if Douglass wants to save his job, he might have to fire Saleh. Rodgers would be able to pick the successor, like his OC. Give Hackett a shot at redemption as a HC.

The downside is that they gave up 24 points to an undrafted QB leading a one-dimensional offense. The upside is that they gave up 24 points to an undrafted QB leading a one-dimensional offense, i.e., forces the realization that the Packers aren't ready for the playoffs unless/until they get a decent DC, even aside from it being the youngest team in the NFL.

I honestly cannot remember the last time I felt confident a GB defense would make the stop on a game winning drive situation.

Given that it should have never come down to that situation. Sitting back with no pressure and basically what looks like a vanilla defense against a rookie third string QB is a fireable offense

Should've had a DPI last week at the goal line. Jameis marched down the field on us and they missed the FG. We've gotten lucky.

Well, we have to wait to see what DVOA says first !

I’m not arguing semantics. Go read the thread from Mon. There were people defending Joe Barry.

Saying he hasn't crapped the bed despite the numerous injuries in the secondary isn't defending Joe Barry.
