Interesting. Taking a year off for hip surgery. I'll have to check out more stuff about his scheme.

I think the Packers instead of the Bears should have hired him in a consultant role.  At least he will be well schooled on the NFC North after this year in Chicago.  He makes a ton of sense for Packers DC in 2024.

I don’t care who it is as long as they’re young, intelligent and want to be a head coach some day. No more failed head coaches, no more content coordinators (unless it’s Fangio).

They have to want to take risks that pay off in big ways rather than simply keep a job.
