This guy... If Rattler and Ewers transfer again, they'd have to sit a season. Only brought up Ewers because people assume he'll transfer to make room for Manning. Doesn't look like it to me but maybe you feel differently. They could roll w/ Ewers one more year then he can enter the draft at like 19 or however old he'll be. I didn't realize they have to sit a season either. This guy... Why would Spencer Rattler transfer again? Dude was on fire the last two games, and if he plays a bowl game and does well he could easily declare for the draft a be a 2nd round pick potentially. Sure he cannot touch Bryce Young or CJ Stroud, and I will throw Anthony Richardson in there because of his crazy arm talent and athletic upside. But Will Levis has been down the past few games, still promising but Rattler has again been on fire and could compete with him as the next QB taken which would be the late 1st or 2nd round. Bo Nix has had a great year but again Rattler with that arm talent is right there, DJ Uiagalelei is ok but has had a rough year and unless he works out great Rattler could over take him. Penix is hard competition but who knows if he will declare, same with Jayden Daniels. Hooker is injured and in an offensive system so who knows with him. So Spencer Rattler is right there at being the 4th or 5th QB taken so why transfer again. Declare already, no promise if he declares in 2024 he will be a higher pick because clearly Caleb Williams is the #1 QB and JJ McCarthy is climbing and who knows who returns, maybe Jaren Hall or Jayden Daniels or if Jordan Travis continues to improve. I thought he played far better than Buchner but maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention.
