Manny/Patrick
The Miami Dolphins were 8-3 and had a 7-0 lead against San Francisco and they just injured Jimmy G and a third stringer named Brock Purdy lit them up. Ever since that game Tua has been playing a lot different, he doesn’t have the same motions, and it seems like he’s playing scared with all the concussion issues he’s had now the Dolphins haven’t won a game and are probably gonna to miss the playoffs. What happened here? Did the win against Buffalo get in their heads?

notthatbluestuff
Tua has literally had at least 2 and probably 3 concussions this season alone. "Playing scared" doesn't really cover it.

Their collapse in 1993(9-2 to 9-7 and out for the playoffs) were bad too
Deadpulse
They have the youngest rookie head coach of all time with a young team and a QB whose brain has seen more trauma than a rodeo clown's working double shifts. They are still a good team with a ton of upside, the experience just isn't there, yet.

biggie.
14 minutes ago, WheatieMan said: Tua needs to retire And honestly it's a pretty sad story. Tua went from breaking outnas an MVP candidate to potentially retiring all in the same season. But he really does need to take Dr. Nowinski's advice and retire. He's already richer than most Americans and can keep that wealth just by putting his money in an SP500 fund.
stlducks
Injuries, tough schedule stretch and young coaching mistakes. They were hot to start the season and won some crazy games early (Baltimore and Buffalo). Then a stretch of SF, LAC, Buf and GB set them back. That’s a difficult stretch for anyone when really they should have only won the LAC game on paper and the GB game Tua played concussed the second half. Add in yesterdays game where they played a third string QB (and not for the first time) it is understandable how they have collapsed. BayRaider
Over exaggeration. They just ran into a tough schedule. They were underdogs and projected to lose to the 49ers, Chargers, and Bills. No surprise in any of those losses. They were small favorites against the Packers but the Packers have heated up lately. They were also 4 point underdogs to the Patriots without Tua. They were projected and suppose to lose 4 out of 5 games. The only game they were projected to win was Green Bay and they lost that last second. Edited January 2, 2023 by BayRaider

And by what measure did they go “through one of the most brutal 4 game stretches of all time”, part of that stretch is the packers who are average at best Edited January 2, 2023 by CP3MVP
