I blow a late lead and of course in the redzone Geno throws it short instead of for the endzone. Some adjustments seemed to have things go backwards. Watching your team run the clock out with a deficit is the most frustrating part of the sim, imo. I had the RB thing happen to me this week: I'm set at 70 RB1 carries and my first offensive play of the game was a carry by my RB2. My RB2 ended up outcarrying my RB1 on the day. Weird stuff happens. Coaches play a factor, as do the sliders, but keep this in mind: it's a 1-100 roll each play. If something weird or uncharacteristic happens, you rolled poorly. Frequent poor rolls are possible. Better players give you a better chance at rolling better (and I can't imagine that the sim is viewing Geno as a great QB), but, even then, rolling low is something that you can't avoid entirely. Keep messing with the sliders. I've tried things like setting my offensive aggressiveness to 100 to see if they'll go for those short-yardage plays and I noticed a difference. If that works, begin to lower it again until you find a sweet spot. And, sometimes... it just comes down to RNGesus. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
