Could probably say the same about his teammate Sanders who got up to 242 this year and all of a sudden is having knee swelling issues.

Idk why some college programs think putting all of this weight on guys is going to help them out. Being stronger does you no good if you can't move.

Do you know is Sanders going to be out the rest of the year because of that injury?  Curious if he will return for his senior year if he barely plays this season.  Or he might transfer with a NIL deal if he returns to school....

He's rehabbing in Texas and hasn't been participating in team activities so most think he's probably gone and might start training for the draft, but what little tape he put out there this year just wasn't good at all so I'm not sure what the best option for him would be. Depends if NFL teams think he can get his explosiveness back. He's never been a guy with elite speed or anything but you can't have another Eddie Lacy situation lol

Week 9 Prospect Standouts:

*Laiatu Latu UCLA SR OLB:  The up coming draft is in need of top flight pass rushers outside of Verse and Turner.  Latu could be that other guy, amazing game against Colorado and that entire front totally dominated the game.  Love Latu's quickness off the ball and effort he plays with, curious about those two years that he did not play football but glad he got back into it and dude is a stud.  Was good last year and is even better this season, real impact player and potential stud 3/4 OLB or could be a 4/3 DE.

*Ollie Gordon II Oklahoma State SOPH RB:  Need to watch him more but kid could be a budding star, what a game by him and of late he has really been coming on.  Slippery runner with good vision, is faster than it seems, has good size to him and has quick feet also is a solid pass catcher out of the backfield.  Real talent who is playing great recently, we will see if he can keep it up.

*Tyleik Williams Ohio State RS SOPH DT:  Took him out of the mock draft and now put him back in, kid is talented no question and he showed up in this game.  Love his arm length and quickness at his massive size, tons of upside and potential and has real active hands for a big DT.  As talented as any DT in the nation and if he keeps playing well he has a chance to be a 1st rounder.

*Carson Steele UCLA JR RB:  Had some awful fumbles in that game but have to love his size and the power he runs with.  Big strong back that is good downhill, interesting talent and if he comes back for another season he could really develop into something potentially.

*Xavier Truss Georgia RS SR OT/OG:  Very solid tackle who has guard versatility as well, huge guy on the football field and can move people.  Could be a great mid round pick as a OL no question and is part of a very solid Georgia OL and despite losing a ton off last years team on the OL they are right back and maybe even better than the year before.

*Gabriel Murphy UCLA RS JR DE:  Another stud edge rusher for UCLA, love the passion he played with and along with his twin they were really hard to deal with.  If he keeps that kind of motor going he could be a solid mid round pick and possibly one of the better edge rushers in the class if he wants to declare.  Has great versatility as a pass rusher and could technically play inside or outside.

*Ricardo Hallman Wisconsin RS SOPH CB:  Really good game by him, have always loved the confidence he plays with but against Harrison a few times he totally stood up and had good reps against the best WR in college football.  Love Hallman's ball skills and how he quickly reacts to the football and can get his hands on it.  Solid corner and with another year he could develop into a true star at the position.

*TreVeyon Henderson Ohio State JR RB:  Great game by him and he showed his burst and versatility out of the backfield.  Home run back no question just a matter of can he stay healthy or not, tons of talent and ran well despite the Ohio State OL not always playing that solid up front especially at the OT spots.

*Shilo Sanders Colorado RS SR S:  Got kicked out of the game for a bit hit but he has consistently been showing up on the field as a rangy safety who can bring some force as a tackler.  Not sure he will be a super high pick but as a late round safety I think he could be a decent get, smart player who has improved greatly since he started playing college football.

*Carl Jones Jr UCLA RS SR OLB:  As a versatile OLB I think he has a chance to be drafted, was very active in that game and made a lot of tackles.  Has a little pass rush ability as well, could be a solid late round pick potentially with the athletic ability he has at the position.

*Mello Dotson Kansas RS JR CB:  A little thin at corner but in a draft that needs CBs he could maybe declare and mid a mid round pick possibly.  Big time game against OU with that huge pick 6.  Love his length and ball skills, very quick and athletic also just can he hold up with his thin frame but kid can play the football.

Chris Tyree Notre Dame SR WR/RB

Luke McCaffrey Rice RS JR WR

Grayson Murphy UCLA RS JR DE

TJ Harden UCLA SOPH RB

JT Daniels Rice RS SR QB

Kingsley Eguakun Florida RS JR C

Disappointed:

Savion Washington Colorado SR OT - Well really that entire Colorado OL, what an awful game and they totally pushed around and dominated most of the game.  Washington I thought with his size and experience he could maybe be the one ok OL on that team but even he has struggled big time this season.  Awful protection by that front and really why would Shedeur stick around for another season with the hits he has taken this year.

You had Latu out before this week?

I did not see much of UCLA last year so he was kind of off my radar a bit, that is why he was not included.  But it is a pass rush need outside of those top two in this draft so he could fit right in and is an elite level player, I am curious about those two years he was out of football though or did not play.  Doubt he returns to school but he could if he wants to.

I know Travis Hunter is only a Sophomore and not going to be a part of this list, but just curious where you would rank him if he was draft eligible?

He would be the #1 CB considering his skills and his upside.  I know it is cool and all but apparently being on offense is hurting him on the defensive side of the ball, their past game he spent more time on the defensive side of the ball the week of practice and it showed with his preperation.  Being explosive and versatile is great but for them to be a better team they do not need him on offense as much they need him on defense much more.

He is a bit of a diva though, acts tough but does not play tough.  Is not very physical as a tackler and cannot take contact great, is very thin and frail.  Does need to work on his tackling fundamentals but obviously Deion did not really tackle well either so he probably thinks why should I as long as I can make plays and get INTs.  Will Johnson I think is just as good and as a true football player as a true SOPH is a better CB all around, but Hunter has more upside and makes more plays.

Kool-Aid has had a so so year this season so if Hunter was in his draft he would be picked over him and DeJean is tough and physical but might transition to safety potentially, really depends, but he is a playmaker as well and is so much better as a tackler than Hunter it is not even close.  And the dude has great ball skills also, I have DeJean the #1 CB right now because of his versatility and his tackling ability.  He could play outside corner, slot and safety, Hunter you cannot say that but Hunter plays offense, but DeJean is a better return man than Hunter is also.

Will be interesting with Hunter, especially if Shedeur leaves for the draft, that Colorado team will be totally different without him as their leader. He has to focus on defense no question though, it is not like NFL teams will ask him to play offense.  And honestly Champ Bailey/Charles Woodson are way better corners than Hunter coming out because both were damn physical and great tacklers, Hunter is not really at this point.

If you’re drafting these guys in the first round this probably isn’t even a factor used to make your selection.

I disagree, it shows versatility, ball skills, quickness, and speed.  Woodson was a return man in college and so was Champ Bailey.  That was not an accident and helps show how elite they were as athletes.

It is a rare skill and not many top corners can do it, but sure it is not everything either.  Different position but Keon Coleman returning punts is wildly impressive as a 6-4 215 WR that has played basketball in college, it is rare and will help his draft stock just like it will help DeJean.  Not to mention DeJean is a demon as a gunner on special teams.

Doesn’t weigh in on their draft grade. Those players went high because the corners they were. It’s okay though. If both those guys were in the same class no one is taking DeJean over Hunter because of return skills… it would be for other reasons.

Week 10 Prospect standouts:

*Jalen Milroe Alabama RS SOPH QB:  Great game by him and he has really come on over the past few weeks.  Really took off as a runner in this one, maybe it was just bad LSU defense but the kid ripped them apart on the ground and showed another gear he has not shown much this year as a runner.  Improved passer obviously but he is getting more and more comfortable week in and week out, if he continues that progression who knows how great he could be.  Honestly Anthony Richardson can be the #4 pick overall why cannot Milore.  The dude is Mike Vick fast with about just as strong of a throwing arm, and compared to Richardson he is absolutely faster with just as good of an arm and is very compact and strong.  Super raw but so is Richardson, will be interesting how it shakes out but Milore could skyrocket into being a 1st rounder if not this year then for sure next.  All depends on if he can keep the progression as a passer and again that LSU defense is weak, injured corners and the ones out there were not good, neither are the safeties, linebackers are just so so outside of Perkins and their DL is disappointing also.   We will see how Milroe does now with some more expectations on him potentially.

*Jayden Daniels LSU RS SR QB:  Amazing showing by him as well, just looks so effortless out there and with his quickness in the pocket, ability to run and throw he is unstoppable at times.  Is playing himself into being well worth a 1st round pick.  Sure has a thin frame but in terms of mobile QBs cannot do much better than he has done this year.  Was right with Milroe in almost everything he did in that game before the injury, and to Daniels credit he had to play against All American type talents and potential 1st rounders on defense for Bama, Milore had to go up against one maybe if that on LSU and Daniels ripped them up and has ripped most defenses up this year.

*Caleb Williams USC JR QB:  Sure it was a loss but hard to not be impressed with how much he loves the game and competes.  Constantly trying to keep the play alive for the receivers to get open and to then make a big throw to them.  Super competitive kid, great leader and still is the clear #1 pick with all that he brings on the field and off the field, athletically and emotionally.  Super creative and great off platform as a passer.  The worst part about his play is that apparently over his time in college he has fumbled the ball 30 times.  That is awful and needs to stop, but hard to not like his leadership on a USC team that clearly lacks some playmakers outside of himself.

*Jeremiah Trotter Jr Clemson JR ILB:  Another amazing game by him, so smart and has such great instincts.  Is well worth a 1st round pick and his versatility as a linebacker is extremely impressive, solid player all the way around as a pass rusher, open field tackler and even in coverage.

*Ollie Gordon II Oklahoma State SOPH RB:  Talked about him last week but have to love the tempo he runs with and the patience/vision he has.  Love him in the screen game also and varies the speed he runs with also to set up blocks and defenders.  Promising kid having a great year no question on an offense without a ton of weapons to take the pressure off of him.

*Dillon Johnson Washington SR RB:  Talk about putting one on the map to be drafted, kind of under the radar this year but is a big strong back and had a dominating game in this one on a big stage.  Could maybe be a late round pick if he keeps playing well, strong runner who could be a steal in the draft no question.

*Cody Lindenberg Minnesota RS JR LB:  Has missed pretty much most of the season up to this point but kid can play and has great instincts for the position.  I like his size as well and he can move for a big linebacker.  Great player and is a shame he has been hurt so much this year, but if he can round back into playing shape and stay out there he could be one of the better LBs in the nation, can play inside and outside and just simply knows how to play the game.

*Isaiah Williams Illinois RS JR WR: Outstanding game by him, he just makes plays and does it consistently week in and week out.  Very elusive in the open field and can make defenders miss and make difficult catches.  Good solid route runner also with good enough speed to beat you deep.  Solid receiver that should be a sound pickup in the middle rounds potentially.

*Jaeden Roberts Alabama RS SOPH OG:  Impressive showing by him, really was moving defenders out there.  Key addition to that OL and being in at guard has helped that group on the interior greatly.  Promising prospect and one to watchout for in the future.

*Rylie Mills Notre Dame SR DT:  Great game by him and was really dominating at times out there for Notre Dame.  Has the body for the position that is for sure, gets good consistent push and as a 3/4 DE/DT or a 4/3 DE he could be a solid player potentially.

*T'Vondre Sweat Texas RS SR DT:  Great game by him, has had an awesome season, a really smart move coming back and he has become a real force for Texas.  I think he could easily be a 2nd or 3rd round pick with his size and athletic ability.  Dude can motor and make plays for a very big game.

*Brennan Presley Oklahoma State SR WR:  Easy to forget about but the guy is cat quick and in the slot could be a demon in the NFL.  Could be a late round steal, super fast and elusive, tough kid also, one to watchout for.

*Xavier Watts Notre Dame RS JR S:  Kid continues to make plays and be around the football.  Still raw at the position but with how he is playing he might have to declare even though I do think he could use another year potentially.  Love his ball hawking ability and ability to react to the football in the air.

Others who impressed:

Malik Nabers LSU JR WR
Jam Miller Alabama SOPH RB
Kaden Feagin Illinois FR RB
Tyler Booker Alabama SOPH OG
Will Campbell LSU SOPH OT
CJ Donaldson Jr West Virginia SOPH RB
Brady Cook Missouri RS JR QB
Jah Joyner Minnesota RS JR DE
Greg Johnson Minnesota FR OG
Ryan Watts Texas SR CB
Isaiah Adams Illinois SR OG

Disappointed:

Maason Smith LSU RS SOPH DT/DE - I had him as a potential late 1st rounder based on potential but he has not played like that at all this season.  Still has the body and the upside but might need another year because this season he is not doing anything special and other DL have far out played him around the country.  Is coming off the injury though and just the fact he has been out there is solid but kid does need to make more plays and make more of an impact than he does.

I added a few QBs into the 1st round because just after this weekend alone clearly Atlanta needs to start thinking about another QB because really doubt Ridder is the answer.  Sure they could wait till the 2nd round by why honestly, and if Milroe keeps playing that well I think they would have a hard time passing on a duel threat freak show like that potentially but that might be a little early to say that.  Then you have Seattle who against the Ravens clearly Lamar vs Geno who is decent but is just not good enough to win at an elite level so they need a QB upgrade as well especially with that All Star defense.

Also sucks for RBs again, obviously one can get super talent in the late rounds of the draft no problem at all at that position and proof again is Keaton Mitchell, UDFA and ran for over 150 yards against one of the best defenses in the NFL in Seattle.  Sucks for guys that want to get paid, because say the Ravens get a few years out of Mitchell, then when contract time comes up and say he wants a lot, they just draft his replacement.

These guys below I have all currently going undrafted and then you have NayQuan Wright and especially Tyrone Tracy just on the edge potentially and I am not including multiple guys that will come up and knock others down the list.  Then again who knows who returns with another year of college and who does not.

Josh Williams LSU
Roydell Williams Alabama
Michael Wiley Arizona
Nate Noel App State
Cam Porter Northwestern
Trey Potts Penn State RS
Chez Mellusi Wisconsin

And that is all assuming these juniors do not declare but I am sure many will and Lloyd has been solid this year and Sanders just came back strong and did well against Florida.

Raheim Sanders Arkansas
Will Shipley Clemson
Rasheen Ali Marshall RS
MarShawn Lloyd USC RS
Montrell Johnson Jr Florida
Carson Steele UCLA
Frank Gore Jr Southern Miss RS
Logan Diggs LSU
Miyan Williams Ohio State RS
Kalel Mullings Michigan RS
Micah Bernard Utah RS
John Lee Eldridge III Air Force RS
Jalen Berger Michigan State RS

Totally sucks to be a RB in the NFL if you want a huge pay day because it is so easy to replace you more often than not.

I love this for Jalen Milroe, because everyone around the country; including die-hard Alabama fans doubted him within the first 2 weeks in the season, while Nick Saban stamped him as his QB1, which placed the confidence into Milroe’s performances.

Week 11 Prospect Standouts:

*Jayden Daniels LSU RS SR QB:  What a show he put on, not a surprise though because he is just so talented, could be the 3rd QB drafted potentially.  Was just unstoppable and could do anything he wanted out there.  What a weapon and his ability to pass the football and run is very interesting and will be for many NFL teams.

*Nic Scourton Purdue SOPH DE/OLB:  What a prospect he is, could be a big time player come the 2025 draft.  Awesome the past few weeks and was great in this game.  Such an athlete for a pretty big man, plays faster than you think and is really promising for a young edge rusher.

*Michael Penix Jr Washington RS SR QB:  I knock the guy a lot and he does have a very odd release of the football but he can really throw it especially in those awful weather conditions.  He still got it done, but yes is on a loaded team with tons of players to throw to.  Have to like the leadership he has and how accurate he is despite his odd mechanics at times.  Playing great football when honestly that Washington D is pretty bad, it is all about the offense and Penix is bringing in game in and game out despite facing some big time competition.

*Blake Corum Michigan SR RB:  Love the game by him and who could not love that type of toughness.  Great they leaned on him when they needed to and he delivered.  Dude is a leader and is obviously very hard to tackle, wish they used him in the passing game a bit more but he is a nice looking back and one of the best in the up coming draft no question.

*Troy Fautanu Washington RS JR OT:  I have to watch him more but dude is a super looking athlete for a tackle.  Not sure he is great in his pass pro set but as a mauling going forward he is awesome.  Will be interesting watching him in the big games coming up, and teams always need tackles so if he goes on a good run maybe he is one of those developmental tackles teams pickup with huge upside.

*Ladd McConkey Georgia RS JR WR:  Dude is such a legit route runner, a team will love him no question and he could be around the league for awhile.  Just knows how to use his body and feet to get open, great change of direction ability and is able to stop and switch directions as good as any WR in a pass pattern.  Tough kid and is a real game, but does get hurt more than one would like.

*Tykee Smith Georgia RS SR S:  Playing great for that Georgia defense, loved him on West Virginia but was injured and in and out the past few years for Georgia.  Has rounded into for though and is a super versatile safety who can really move around and do a variety of things and is rock solid in coverage.  Big part of that Georgia defense especially when you combine his versatility with Bullard as the other safety.

*Kalen DeLoach Florida State RS SR LB:  Great game by him, really got after the passer and showed that great athletic ability for a linebacker.  Run and hit linebackers are needed in the NFL and he could be one of those guys.  Wish he had a longer track record of high level play, seemed like just a guy out there for the past few years but has played above that this past year. Some might say he is a little small but really if he can run like that who cares, will be interesting how he times out and if he times well could be a mid round pick.

*Dillon Thieneman Purdue FR S:  Seems like oh he has been on Purdue for awhile, no those were his brothers a few years back.  Dillon could be a star safety though if he is this good now which he is.  Great tackler and is all over the field making plays, really promising player and is part of a super promising Purdue football team who should have a lot of talent coming back next year.

*Sione Vaki Utah SOPH S/WR/RB:  Wow what an athlete he is, performed great again on offense.  So quick with his cuts and has big time open field speed.  Not sure what he will be, hopefully he sticks with defense because that type of athletic ability is special and at safety it could be interesting but hard to not be impressed with him as a versatile RB who makes plays.

*Levani Damuni Utah RS SR ILB:  Do not know a ton about him but wow what a dude at ILB, super strong and stout at the point of attack and made some impressive hits in traffic and stopped the ball carrier cold.  Impressive toughness no doubt and need to see more of him but kid looks legit as a late round pick, love that kind of toughness and is a former Stanford player who transferred in.

*Carson Beck Georgia RS JR QB:  Best game of his career I would say.  Very quick to react and accurate with the football, then again how can it not look easy when the team ran for 300 yards at 8+ yards per carry.  Did like how Beck threw the football though and he played well, we will see if he can keep that up in the big games he has coming up.

*Jake Westover Washington RS SR TE:  Showed some rare athletic ability for a TE and made some great grabs.  Is not super productive but could sneak into the later rounds and become a decent pass catching TE.  Especially if he works out well athletically which he might, does need to show that twitch though but we will see.

*Terrion Arnold Alabama RS SOPH CB:  Had a great game and continues to make plays for that Bama defense.  Was really picked on last year but has improved greatly and now is rounding out into being a really good corner.  With another season of development he could be pretty solid.

*Abdul Carter Penn State SOPH LB:  Love how he played and how quickly he arrived to the football.  Surprisingly tough for a somewhat light LB.  Love that athletic ability though and the range he has for the position no question.

*Tyrone Tracy Purdue RS SR RB/WR:  Another great game by him, super weapon out of the backfield and a team will love that about him and that WR versatility and run after the catch ability.  No doubt he gets drafted in the mid to late rounds, kid is legit and making that position switch could be huge for his career.

*Makari Paige Michigan SR S:  Need to watch him more but wow what an big tall athlete for a safety.  Made some nice plays in that game and is comfortable in space.  Has not had a huge long track record of success in his career but hard to not like how he is playing now especially at that size with that athletic ability.

Disappointed

Karsen Barnhart Michigan RS SR OT - Got beat badly more than once, almost and well literally got to the point where Michigan did not even attempt to pass the football.  Not a good showing for him in pass pro but I could still see a team wanting him in the later rounds as a developmental tackle.

JJ McCarthy Michigan JR QB - I do love the leadership and joy he showed late in that game and even after the game.  Have to love that attitude especially after he literally did nothing that 2nd half.  Very odd and not a good look when your top QB cannot even complete passes and they never even attempt one in the 2nd half.  Maybe it was all game plan but honestly if they did let him throw he probably would have got sacked or hurt from getting hit.  Will be interesting how the rest of the year goes for him.

Cam Jackson Florida RS JR DT - That Florida DL looked great back when they played Tennessee early in the year.  Obviously not always been the case and Jackson was disappointing in this one along with a few others.  I do believe he is a RS JR though so hopefully he returns to school for another year to work on his game.

Ozzy my friend i think you can go ahead and slide that boy Jayden Daniels to the Falcons if he falls to us in your drafts :)  If we keep arthur smith here you almost can't find a better fir QB wise than daniels for the scheme.  If people thought Lamar fir the scheme well then Daniels is right in line with that in a bigger, cheaper, younger package.
