My argument is that the fault for a player who is being rushed back lies with the medical staff, since they bear ultimate responsibility for their patients. Joe Burrow is not a bad guy for wanting to play because the morons who run the team clear him. The team and medical staff are stupid for clearing a guy who can't play.
