With most of those teams being forced to use thier backs, that's simply not true. While there is a valid argument to be made Wentz is not be a Top 32 NFL QB because he is broken mentally at this point. He is without a doubt better then those other #2 options. Problem is like any QB being added off the streets right now, realistically having to learn a new offense on the fly terminology, get timing with WR. Neither Carson Wentz or anyone will help those teams, right now. Had he been on a roster already, things would be drastically different. Teams are better off going with said back ups who have been in the system and around their teams since OTA's.
