14 carries for Josh(16 as a team) to 41 attempts for AOC is 100% on the coaches and a recipe that's asking to fail.

Jacobs was 14 for 39 yards - how would that have helped? Our one TD was a bomb. The looks were there, they just didn't execute.

Feels a little misleading to frame it this way when AOC had 9 attempts on the last drive alone and Jacobs was getting under 3 ypc

Agree. AOC just didn’t take the chances that were there for him. I think that on another day, he may have been able to land a few.

It clearly showed us where he is and probably what he is. And as some have alluded to - that’s okay. There’s progress being made elsewhere.

Perhaps we figure out how to get Kyler or Fields

In theory, trading Kyler would be the best case scenario. Because he may not require a first round pick with teams, knowing that they're going to pick a quarterback. With the way things going, there's no way we're gonna be able to pick that high because at lowest, we're going 7 - 10 at highest we're going 10-7 but the reality is it's going to be somewhere in between.

Jimmy definitely doesn't get that deep ball to Adams, he probably would do worse.

Thats surely not up for debate?

AOC is a 4th round rookie in his 4th start, he’s gonna make mistakes. If it was his 2nd or 3rd season I could understand some of the criticism but given what we’ve seen Jimmy G this year it’s hilarious to suggest he would win that game.

I could see us drafting Daniels if we keep coach AP

He was recruited ASU by AP

Aiden sucks bad. Bo sucks bad. AP not an nfl head coach. This team needs a reboot.

I mean AP isnt really responsible for the O side of things... The D playing pretty amazing last 3 week imo.
With a bad QB and bad OC, what do you expect AP to do?

I def agree we cant just give him the job, but, to fault him for the Os struggles seems silly IMO.

Take pressure off Aidan and give the defense more rest for starters.

And Jacobs, and typically the offense, are at their best when he gets 20+ carries.

Defense was great against the best offense in the NFL so that's a positive. Defense stayed motivated despite the offense's consistent 3 and outs and failures. Offense was awful aside from one big pass to Tae and Renfrow's nice catch and runs.

What's weird is there seemed to be a lot of opportunities on offense. AOC missed a ton of open guys and held on to the ball too long. There were a couple awful playcalls but it's hard to tell if it was on AOC or not. Can't believe he threw a backwards pass in the ground we got so lucky there no one (including the refs) was paying attention.

It's a shame with how great our defense played that we couldn't put up points off of 3 turnovers (only led to 6 points). We had great average starting field position and couldn't muster any points. As some have said, I thought we could have been more creative on running plays with more attempts for Jacobs, and AOC needs to get rid of the ball quicker and trust himself. He looked like a deer in headlights when under pressure and teams are likely going to continue getting him on his back foot and making poor decisions.

Happy with how the defense played and getting Renfrow involved again, Adams got open deep three times, AOC only hit him 1/3. Offensive line provided good protection for the most part on pass plays. Disappointed we couldn't score more but it's nice to know we can compete with playoff teams.
