I don't remember the last time so many people were unified in wanting to see one team win lol.

I'm not sure when we'll see it again. I guess Cleveland?

Think some of it is because SF draws a lot of fans who hate them. Some of this due to their successes in 80s/90s

As younger fan bases come along SF gets less hate imo.

No weather factor this week to mess with Purdy.  If Purdy gets comfortable, it's all over for the Lions.

DET will need to start fast like GB did, but score TD's instead of FG's and actually catch the ball if Purdy throws it to them.

Think game comes down to Det run game. Establish it and ram it down throats. Couple play action shots downfield.

If Detroit doesn't run the ball and control clock game over. It's only way to win this. Ball control.

Last time they had 30 rush attempts was Dal game and that had them in that game.

It's actually their second crack at it. They went to three straight for the 92/93/94 seasons. Lost the first two before winning the third.

It's the fourth time they've been to three straight, I believe

1992-1994, 2011-2013, 2021-2023....what was the other one?

2007 Giants. Seemed like no one outside Massachusetts wanted Spygate to go 19-0.
