No due diligence in even bringing Harbaugh or Vrabel in. Then bringing in a pushover GM in Telesco with with long term success in his draft picks and FA signees. Then focusing on Kingsbury when Kubiak should have been the play. Then KK backing out and now going lateral on playcallers from Bo. Offseason hasn't officially started and its already a failure. I'm pretty confident the Mike Shanahan part of the Shanahan tree is advised to avoid the Raiders at all costs since Mike was fired and had to sue Al for his pay. I think if you are going for a Shanahan tree guy it's Callahan (Brian/Bill, but Bill could be salty going to a SB and being fired). There's no way Gary Kubiak's kids are taking their big jump jobs for the Davis family imo. Sean McVay's sub-branch of that tree would be best bet if the relationship with Gruden is good as Gruden was Sean's first NFL job, but we fired and distanced from Gruden too so who knows.
