[UPDATE: OVERTURNED] --- NFL ordered to pay $4.7 billion+ in Sunday Ticket class action lawsuit

I realize it's Florio but in case this wasn't funny enough:

Quote

Of that amount, $96 million goes to the commercial establishments in the class. The $4 billion becomes the recovery for residential customers.

Under federal antitrust laws, the amount will be trebled — to $12.288 billion.

But the damages are $4.7B, not $4B, so the NFL owes $14.4B.

I want to believe they won't, but I have absolutely zero faith in our judicial system right now.

Judge has already threatened to.  And if the jury had come back with a small amount, he likely does.  It's tough to justify overturning an award of that amount.

They’ll throw it out, our judges are 100% bought and paid for by big corporation and political parties.
