Role player tho. He's not a complete receiver could live without him if we had too. King is still out there. Yes I know he's made of glass but when healthy he's still pretty good. As always, waiting to see the structure of it but have to imagine that it's a reasonable deal all the way around. Rasul Douglas gets a sizeable paybump, and the Packers probably have security if it was a fluke. Thought that 3 years, $24M was what his agent should have set the asking price at, so not surprised there might be a small discount there. Think that Chidobe Awuzie contract is probably the comp there. Something like $4.5M signing bonus but a bit more backloaded. Think @Packerraymond is in the ballpark with the $4M cap hit this year. Leader Posted March 19, 2022 Author Share Posted March 19, 2022 (edited) There we go... Tom Silverstein - Packers have agreed to a one-year deal with TE Robert Tonyan. Includes a voidable year. Tonyan is recovering from a torn ACL and will need time to get back on the field, but he should be back for second half of the season.
