Yes i agree with that. He will more than likely get the biggest deal or close to it but that could be filled with fluff contract stuff or roster stipulations.

As a side note, I wouldn't hate it if the Browns did something like this:

It’s not like it was for a broken wrist. He should be good to go. He had surgery last Friday, so it’d be almost 7 weeks until he has to pass the physical.
