I was off for a while because my partner is a specialist doctor who primarily works with at risk populations and it didn’t seem like the best idea for me to be going to a doctor’s office once a month with a bunch of potentially sick people and risking spreading that around. But I’m back now and feel like a million bucks! JaguarCrazy2832 Posted May 12, 2021 Share Posted May 12, 2021 I got my 2nd shot while wearing a Jaguars T-shirt as I tend to do in public places and I had 2 people ask me about Trevor Lawrence and if I was excited....thats just as many people as who assumed I'm rooting for the Glen Allen Jaguars(a local HS football team that also uses teal) Also I was plenty hydrated and lucky enough to not have adverse reactions. My wife kept expecting me to die. Got in Friday afternoon, woke up fine Saturday and when I asked her what she wanted to do today she said nothing, I'm expecting to be taking care of both of you... Wanna visit some friends, but some of them work in hospitals, so we’re hoping that things calm down enough soon so that we can spend some actual time together doing some stuff without them working 12 hour shifts all week. I'm up in Minneapolis now. Had a better work opportunity. Probably for the best as my job at the time (and most jobs I was looking at in Chicago) would've gotten furloughed in Chicago during the pandemic. Just visiting a couple buddies so we'll probably head back to the old neighborhood up in Buena Park/Lakeview area. Been wanting to get back to Half Acre too, best brewery in Chicago imo.
