I was talking more about the Purdy/Lance relationship. Once Purdy established himself as the 49ers' preferred starting QB, Lance's days in San Francisco were numbered. coachbuns Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 If the Packers can get some of the "walking wounded" back for the Bears game, that would be huge. Watson, Wicks, Musgrave plus Alexander (not sure that's good) would be a nice plus for Love. Another total team effort including Barry doing what he should have been doing all year .. being aggressive, it bodes well for the Packers. This game will be the Bears super bowl and don't think they won't pull out every trick in the book. If the Packers lose this game which they could if they don't bring their best, it would be a disappointment considering how far they have come to get there. I know it's in Packer blood to hate the Bears, however imo the best thing for the Packers is for the Bears , Vikes and Lions to be good, and push us to be better.
