I don't see Leslie Frazier being a Head Coach again. He's at his best as a Defensive Coordinator and that's fine. For some, that's as far as they go.

I agree but that doesn't preclude him from being on some teams list of interviews anyways.

Tom Herman, Kirk Ferentz, and Brian Ferentz are the main college coaches I like. The list is meant to include everyone who I think would be considered in 2019.

The ship has sailed on Kirk.  He is nearly ready to retire which is why Brian is taking more responsibility.  If you want a Ferentz, you better get Brian, and you better do it soon, bc if he is anything like his dad once he takes over you may not get another chance.

I hold out hope that Kirk Ferentz might someday accept a short term job in the NFL on an established team a la Barry Switzer in mid-90's with Cowboys.

Randy Fichtner is another head coach candidate.

I think you're miles off on a lot of these college coaches. Franklin and Swinney are pure college coaches. They're recruiters, not elite tacticians. Petersen doesn't seem like the type of guy who would do well with NFL egos. Bielema is a joke. He's not even a great college coach. Richt is smart enough to know his place. I'd feel bad for the teams that hired almost every guy on this list.

What about Harbaugh, Kirby Smart, David Shaw, or Lincoln Riley?

Harbaugh is pretty obvious. Same with David Shaw imo. Shaw has coached in the NFL and runs a pro-style scheme. Smart has also coached in the NFL and runs a pro-style scheme, but I wouldn't be falling all over myself to hire him (because I think his biggest strength is recruiting). Riley is an Air Raid specialist. I don't see him fitting in the NFL.

Urban Meyer
Dabo Swinney
Chris Petersen
Jim Harbaugh
Kirby Smart
David Shaw
Lincoln Riley

Harbaugh maybe. David Shaw might. The rest? I'd say absolutely not. Especially to Meyer. Those guys are in too good of situations in college to leave for the NFL, where most coaches lose their freaking minds. Nobody wants to deal with the stress and the egos that the NFL has. And all of the jobs that open up are going to be crappy jobs. I can't imagine these guys leaving their cushy college jobs to lose all of their hair for a minor pay bump. I know I wouldn't leave a great college gig for the NFL.

Unless their O’s struggle this year you have to like DeFillipo and Lafleur’s chances next year.   The resume they’ve put together the last couple of years is impressive.

God... I hope so.... because that'd mean he did a great job with Mariota and the offense... but then at the same time, losing him after only a year would suck so bad.  It would mean he 4th different OC Mariota would have to work with in his 5 seasons.  That's just not a recipe for success... and with Vrabel being a defensive guy... and having very little faith in O'Hara making the move from QB coach to OC... we're looking at another guy coming from outside the franchise.
