Did you see the pictures of what he did?

He didn't do it. He hasn't even seen any of the people involved in the incident in months. He has been working out in Miami lmao. The incident occurred in Atlanta. And it's already been determined that another guy was involved in the altercation.... Not McCoy. You should really get the facts before you accuse people of things like that.

If the underlying assaults and "home invasion" are felonies and there is any connection between McCoy and the individual(s) who perpetrated the break-in and alleged assaults, then McCoy should prepare to be the subject of a fairly thorough criminal investigation.

Any connection between McCoy and the suspect(s), if established, should instigate an investigation of McCoy. If such an investigation produces evidence of nothing more than the connection itself, then McCoy wouldn't have much to worry about criminally. But If investigators unearth evidence of contact between McCoy and the suspect(s) relating to the break-in/assaults, then McCoy could be in fairly serious legal jeopardy for conspiracy.

All of that presupposes that police eventually identify and charge the suspect(s).

An interesting question arises as to whether police already believe Shady was involved, whether that belief is reasonable and whether they can use info from Shady to identify the suspects.

Why should McCoy be charged? It happened in his house. So if LeSean and this individual are connected then I'm sure he had permission to be in the house so there is no break in charges and the only charges would go to the guy for assault...

Seems like McCoy told a friend to go to his house and pick up some things and the ex didn't want to give the stuff up and then the altercation took place.

If that is the case then McCoy didn't do anything wrong. And both the ex gf and this guy should be charged. One for assault and the other for stolen property.

That could be a possibility but it's currently looking like he just sent someone to go pick up his belongings. The gf reported that the guy was asking for things. But I don't think she should be trusted after lieing about the whole situation earlier.

McCoy statement says he hasn't seen anyone involved for months... That includes this guy who went into his house. So it's kinda strange.
