Barbie at $22.3 million (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. III did $17.5 for comparison on its way to $118 million opening weekend). Oppenheimer at $10.5 million (John Wick: Chapter 4 did $8.9 million on its way to $74 million opening weekend). This is an interesting question because Dune Part 1 did well for a film that dealt with Covid and the HBO Max policy of early streaming releases.
