Small Town Values
Dirty politics is more addictive than crack. I can't even focus on football. I just tried watching TNF for the second time, but once again found myself craving another dose of the madness. (Lawd give me strength)

Heimdallr
as a curler I can say the most important aspect of curling is the drinking. so if by "curling" you mean you were drinking beer while standing on ice, that sounds normal.

Breaking up with someone who has joint partial ownership in a property is a serious pain in the butt. It's not just like one person kicks the other person out, there's cashing out equity, you would need to consider formally evicting, etc. etc.

The order of events is no consequence here.

Marriage is a contract that notes how the assets should be divided, so there's a framework and established best practices. Without that framework, there's less guidance either way. If equally, it's not so important but if at a different share, don't get married or discuss pre-nup.
