Miguel Cabrera still has $162 million left on his contract. Over the last two years, his total WAR is 0.6. Jordan Zimmerman still has 2 years and $50 million left on his contract, he has accounted for 3 WAR total over his first 3 seasons as a Tiger. Having made $60 million. So after the Morton signing, there is still $23 million more in payroll space to go, they have assets that they can trade as well.......there are still impactful moves they can make.
