That's not on Brice IMO

Of coarse it is.  He can give up a pass in front of him, but he can't get beat over the top.    He can't play the pass which seems pretty important when you are trying to be an NFL safety.

No. He was 1 on 1 with their best WR

No. he's covering deep middle and has both OLBs dropping to cover other routes.  He's gotta defend deep post, seam, etc.  Corner route beats that coverage but we can rehash it on wednesday.

Im not sure why you dont attempt to jam Goodwin at the line every play, King is so far off he cant provide any run support and goodwin gets a free run at him. The TD had nothing to do with that and everything to do with a very odd defensive call.

It's not the same way its not Lindsey's fault if he can't play QB

That's why you don't let him get even with you.  Do you understand the responsibility of a safety in deep coverage or nah?

HIS JOB was to roll to the receiver once King Blitzed. If he doesn't roll that way they have a big play up the sideline. You are gambling you get home. When you don't get home you are holding a losing hand.

The good news...Rodgers is taking the first easy read and making plays instead of dancing.

And look how damn effing well it's working.  Eff.  How can he not see that?  He has 18.9 yards per attempt right now taking that first read.  And people say it was McCarthy.  Eff.
