I've read more than once that Jaire was a big time leader for the defense/team. Getting up in front of the lockerroom as a rookie is big time. The same can be said about players trying to make themselves a leader. Either, you are, or not. Anyone with a functioning brain can spot the difference between real and fraud. JA is real. I don't disagree about the dork part. But, I honestly do not care where the person comes from. If they can lead, let them. when I was in SEA in 90-91, we had Privates that were better leaders than the *******s from WP. True FACT. Like I said, I don't care how old a person is, their background, or IQ. A leader is a leader and you cannot teach it. I think JA is a leader, I think MDaniels is more bark than bite. Actually, I think this may have been McCarthy's biggest coup. He challenged Woodson, Woodson responded. Other than that, what did MM achieve? I was not old enough to really see the Lombardi years, born in 66. But what BB has been able too to do over 20 years is phenomenal. And it starts and stops with his structure. It is a weak argument that he cheats, every team in the league has the same opportunities, he used them. The Packers, then the Steelers, then the Cowboys were the measuring stick.
